JANUARY 2011!

New Classes, New Challenges and C2F (Committed 2 Fitness) Kits are coming in January!

2011 is going to be dedicated to those of you who are COMMITTED 2 FITNESS! Throughout the year, there will be new challenges and events to keep you motivated with your workout!

To kick off the New Year, C2F Kits will be handed out during the first week of classes in January. Anyone signing up for 3 or more classes for the January/February session can register and receive the C2F Kit for the same price as a Bootcamp session ($115)! If you want to sign up for 1 or 2 classes, you can purchase the C2F kit separately for $25.

What’s in the C2F Kit?? It’s a SURPRISE!

If you would like a C2F Kit for January, add your name to the C2F Kit List in class by November 1st with your $25 deposit, and pick ONE colour (BLACK or BLUE or PINK or GREEN or BROWN or WHITE). Only a LIMITED amount of kits will be ordered!

Drop-In is available as listed above for all Fall classes. The Strength Infusion class is currently full. If you would like your name to be added to the waitlist, please contact. Subject to change based on availability. Space is limited for the STEP and Strength Infusion classes.

TORONTO WOMEN’S RUNS – WOMEN SET THE PACE, Part 2 & 3

Some of the women that competed in Part 1 of this series in May will be competing in Part 2 and Part 3 later this year. CALIFORNIA INTERNATIONAL MARATHON & TEAM RELAY
December 2011

The group is getting ready to take on their next challenge! Some of YOUR participants are planning for the California International Marathon & Team Relay in December 2011! You can WALK! You can RUN! Join as an individual to compete in the marathon or join a relay team (distances vary between 9.5km – 12.5km)!

Registration for the 2011 race is expected to open in January 2011. More info will be posted when the 2011 race information becomes available. We are currently looking for more team members for the relay – if you are interested in joining us, please contact or add your name to the list in class!!

CIBC Run for the Cure

Carole Follett will be participating in the CIBC Run for the Cure on Sunday, October 3! She will be running 10 km in support of her friend who has been recently diagnosed with breast cancer. Group Fitness Classes

Group Fitness Classes are offered on a regular basis at Lady Eaton Elementary School in Omemee. For more information on classes currently being offered, select the YOUR Schedule tab at the left side of the page or click SCHEDULE here.

One-on-One Personal Training

Each One-on-One Personal Training sessions are approximately 1 hour in length. Training includes customized programs structured to meet your individual needs. Number of sessions required are based on client requests. All sessions are held at the client’s home and/or gym. Waiver form and Par-Q must be completed at the beginning of each session. ONE-on-ONE PERSONAL TRAINING COSTS

Individual Sessions: $40/each
5-9 Sessions: $35/each
10+ Sessions: $32/each

Multiple session purchases must be paid in full at time of first session. Prices may vary depending on location. No expiry date on purchased sessions.

Fitness Events

Are you looking for a Fitness Event in your area? YOUR Fitness is mobile! A minimum of 10 participants is required. Classes are 45 minutes or 1 hour in length. Class style options can include any option listed in the CLASS DESCRIPTION section underneath YOUR Schedule at the left of the screen. Prices will vary based on location. Please contact for more information.

Cara MitchellCara Mitchell is a Personal Trainer & Fitness Instructor in the Kawartha Lakes region.

She holds a B.A. in Social & Applied Human Sciences from the University of Guelph and is certified with the Ontario Fitness Council & Can-Fit-Pro.

With over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry, her background includes One-on-One & Group Fitness training, Fitness Testing for Initial Attack Forest Firefighters, Personal Training in Rehabilitative Therapy, Fitness Training Workshops and training for long distance running.

As a mom of 3 young children, she knows time is precious. Her goal is to design training programs that help clients and participants get the most out of their workout in the time that they have.

Cara worked in the private, corporate and college industries until 2008, when she decided to start her own practice, YOUR Fitness, Personal Training & Instruction.
